Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Team: Marketing About Springboard Springboard is on a mission to bridge the world’s skills gap through mentor-led, career-focused learning programs. Our portfolio includes industry-leading Tech Bootcamps (Software Engineering, Data Science, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, etc.) and our CMA (Certified Management Accountant) program, helping learners advance in high-growth, high-impact careers. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our creator partnerships across platforms and drive high-intent enrollments in the United States. Role Overview As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Springboard’s influencer strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, driving awareness, credibility, and enrollments for both our Tech Bootcamps and CMA program. You’ll identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage creators whose audiences align with career upskilling, tech transitions, and finance/accounting career advancement — specifically targeting U.S.-based audiences. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role requiring strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a data-led approach to creator marketing. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy for: Tech Bootcamps Certified Medical Assistant Program Define platform-specific strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other suitable platforms. Align influencer campaigns with broader paid, brand, and performance marketing goals. Establish measurable KPIs (CPA, CPL, enrollments, engagement, revenue contribution). Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Identify and evaluate creators with predominantly U.S.-based audiences. Source influencers in niches such as: Tech career transitions Software engineering / data science content Career advice & productivity Medical and Healthcare professionals Professional development & education Conduct outreach, negotiate contracts, and structure performance-based deals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers. Campaign Management Create and manage coupon codes, influencer-specific landing pages(Storyblok), and UTM tracking links to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement. Collaborate on authentic storytelling aligned with Springboard’s brand voice. Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and tracking links. Performance & Optimization Track campaign performance via Hubspot and Looker. Optimize campaigns based on performance data. Test different creator tiers, formats, hooks, and messaging. Scale high-performing partnerships into long-term affiliate programs. Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships. Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in the U.S. market. Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok ecosystems. Demonstrated experience driving performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, enrollments). Experience negotiating influencer contracts and performance-based deals. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tracking tools and dashboards like Hubspot and Looker. Strongly Preferred Experience in education, edtech, bootcamps, or professional certification programs. Familiarity with tech career pathways (SWE, Data, UX, Cybersecurity). Familiarity with CMA audience segments. Experience building ambassador programs or long-term creator relationships. Experience repurposing creator content into paid performance channels.
