A company is looking for a Chief Product & Service Officer. Key Responsibilities • Lead teams to research, design, build, and maintain products and services • Incorporate proven research into educational offerings and ensure resource availability for partners • Own the definition and analysis of program impact to inform strategy and drive improvements Required Qualifications • 3+ years of management experience leading large teams (20+) • 5+ years of experience designing scalable programs and services • Experience in owning the requirements for or delivery of a tech product • Experience in owning a strategic plan and product roadmap • Non-profit or education management/service provider experience is a plus
