Job Overview This is an individual contributor sales role. Looking for a rockstar who can prospect, promote our studios, conduct effective site tours, manage sales administration / operations / CRM, drive a venue booking / contracting process, and cultivate client relationships across different buyer types: Agencies, Producers, Organizers, Promoters, Event / Meeting Planners and Brand Marketers. Must be very savvy on social media with a prominent LinkedIn profile and actively use LinkedIn as a way to drive dialogue with the market. What this person will do • Inbound leads: Vet and then carry (assigned) inbound leads from inquiry to deal close • Outbound leads: Ongoing effective outreach to a compiled list of brands / agencies / programs we feel are likely good fits in our space. A portion of the sales goal must come from outbound sales. • Site tours: This is in on-premise role in NYC (Tribeca) and this sales professional must be available at the Studios to conduct well-planned site tours for interested client buyers • Client engagement: Looking for a sophisticated seller who uses Linkedin, IG, TikTok, etc to best research each buyer persona + brand to prepare for their site tour, to retain their interest as multiple sites are considered, and to organically feed the best proof points about the Studios into the dialogue and written follow-ups. • Top of funnel sales: Actively network and participate in sales + industry events to raise awareness for Spring to continually expand our network of Studio clients. • Sales Enablement: Must have strong organizational skills and work comfortably in HubSpot (CRM) and PowerPoint (proposals), in particular. Our proposals are visual and require a strong attention to detail regarding fonts, formatting, and overall brand impression as one of the highest end venues in the City. • Part of the brand: Each member of our sales team is a critical ingredient in the client's decision to choose Spring Studios. They need to best understand our brand, its premium positioning, and how to be an extension of our values in professionalism, passion and a smart personal style. Core Responsibilities • Optimize bookings calendar to ensure max revenue and sales targets are met. • Achieve an annual sales goal to be set in Q4 for the following year • Deliver closed deals from a mix of inbound and outbound sales • Cross sell our sister business, Spring Place Timing Immediate. This is our busiest selling season and we need to get a rockstar ASAP!
