About us: Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers create robust, omnichannel media strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer audiences. We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training. What You'll Do: The Associate Director oversees the fulfillment process for the digital advertising campaigns with little supervision. The associate director will lead, mentor, and develop the campaign management team, fostering and maintaining a collaborative culture with cross-functional departments, and help to manage the client relationship. The Associate Director will manage a team of managers to ensure the successful execution of in-house digital campaigns. Associate Director will have 7 - 10 years of digital media buying/trading experience plus management experience.. Your Responsibilities: Actively manage and oversee key account campaigns including media planning, campaign execution, and ongoing optimizations Project manage all incoming and outgoing requests to ensure all information is provided and accurate for the Ad Operations team to execute Oversee detailed elements of the project, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may negatively impact performance, and making adjustments. Oversee multi-million dollar paid media budget effectively; ensure brand awareness across all digital and social media channels to achieve client KPIs within scope and budget Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and partner with Client Services to implement improvements Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns to drive optimal effectiveness based on clients’ needs. This involves leveraging channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and programmatic Works between departments to ensure collaboration and effective communication for the Ad Operations team Manage a campaign management team Establish clear roles and expectations for the Ad Ops team Play an active role in driving collaboration, communication, and best practice sharing across the organization Recruit, train, and mentor new team members Keep up with industry trends and best practices Follow established work rules, policies, and procedures Your Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 7 - 10 years of experience in digital media buying required Advanced understanding of GCM, DSPs, Google Ads, LinkedIn & Meta Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Google Suite skills Desire to continually learn, improve, and support the Ad Operations team Ability to self-manage under deadlines Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed Benefits: Remote-first team environment Coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents Disability insurance plan Matching 401K Parental leave Other fun health & wellness perks Spring & Bond is an equal opportunity employer.
