Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the scrum master on a complex technical project Assist with business analysis projects from inception to completion Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements Develop and document business processes and workflows Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions Provide training and support to end-users Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology, or related fieldCertified Scrum MasterExperience in Agile Methodologies is a plusMinimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related roleProven track record of leading and managing complex projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and softwareTransitioning military and/or Veterans with IT/IS, finance, and/or healthcare systems specialties are invited to apply.Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizenship (Required)This role requires you to live within the United States.
