Lead business analysis projects from start to finish, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, recommend technology solutions, conduct user testing, and provide end-user training.
Requirements
5+ years in a similar role, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven project leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and Agile experience preferred.
Full Description
Description: • Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements • Develop and document business process and workflows • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions • Provide training and support to end users • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Requirements: • 5 Years of Experience in a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in business management , Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted). • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus • Proficient experience in data analysis • Transitioning military and/or Veterans with IT/IS, finance, and/or healthcare systems specialties are invited to apply.
