Just impact.   ROLE SUMMARY * Understand and Communicate Processes o Understand and communicate the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) lifecycle and processes at VA  * Lead and Manage Teams o Manage multiple Delivery Advisors simultaneously  * Act as primary point of contact for Delivery Coordinator support  * Facilitate at least 3x weekly check-ins/standups for assigned Delivery Teams  * Collaborate with Cybersecurity Leads in the Delivery Team  * Ensure SaaS workflow tasks and milestones are executed for all assigned Delivery Coordinators  * Facilitate and execute approvals and reviews for Delivery Coordinators at identified milestones  * Support Delivery Coordinators in managing stakeholder and customer expectations and communicating stakeholder roles and responsibilities to Business Owners  * Track and Manage Team Capacity  * Regularly report on Delivery Coordinator capacity  * Manage capacity against new work  * Coach and Mentor Delivery Coordinators  * Train and coach Delivery Coordinators  * Document performance feedback (kudos and growth opportunities) and brief SaaS leadership  * Mitigate Risks and Issues  * Remove Product Request impediments and coordinate blocker solution  * Collaborate with Cybersecurity Leads to identify and implement solutions to documented risks and issues  * Oversee Project Quality  * Review the accuracy and data integrity of assigned Product Requests, including fields, notes, attachments, links, tasks, and associated Salesforce Objects  * Support and review regular maintenance and accuracy of project schedules  * Audit SaaS workflows; identify process alignment and gaps and communicate results to Delivery Coordinators, SaaS Leads, and other SaaS team members  * Facilitate Escalations, Upward Communications, Downward Communications  * Review Delivery Coordinators’ documented risks and issues; escalate to immediate SaaS Lead and Federal lead(s) as needed  * Document identified Product Request risks and issues; escalate to immediate SaaS Lead and Federal leads o Communicate bi-directionally between SaaS leadership and Delivery Coordinators  * Facilitate Process and Documentation Creation and Updates  * Gather, identify, prioritize, and facilitate process/artifact/job aid creation and maintenance  * Implement updated processes; Communicate updated processes to Delivery Coordinators  * Other duties as assigned  * Coordinate and facilitate Product Request/customer meetings when needed, taking and disseminating detailed Meeting Minutes  * Support SaaS reporting requirements and data calls  * Adhere to outlined Change Management system * Participate as an active member of the SaaS Leadership Team  * Attend and participate in SaaS leadership team meetings; Capture concise meeting minutes and action items  * Manage assigned items at the leadership level, from internal and external stakeholders  * Work with other Delivery Advisors to prioritize, plan, execute, and deliver on Leadership requests      Deliverables  * Clear and concise meeting minutes  * Documented action items and decisions  * Release Checklist Review  * Review of Delivery Coordinator deliverables, when necessary  * Product Request Phase Health Check  * Power BI Product Request Health Check  * Running Delivery Coordinator skill matrix  * Prepared training per Delivery Coordinator needs  * Capacity planning dashboard and weekly report  * Executive reporting  * Reports on Product Request audits and data call results  * FedRAMP Monthly Sync discussion topics  * Documented risks and issues  * Documented morale and performance issues  * Process documentation, to include job aids, artifacts, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures Skill Sets  * Customer service  * Active listening  * High levels of written and verbal communication  * Highly Organized and Communicative  * Ability to prioritize tasks  * Adaptability  * Detail oriented  * Timeliness  * Curious  * Problem solving; issue resolution  * Accountability  * Big-picture mindset, program management mindset, including risk and capacity management  * Analytic and strategic thinking  * Ability to teach and mentor  * Understanding of change management requirements  * Salesforce Tools, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite   COMPANY OVERVIEW Our Mission & Values Mission: To enable client success by understanding and anticipating client needs to catalyze change and provide effective solutions to complex problems through supplying insight and leadership at the intersection of people, processes, and technology.
