Position Title: Delivery Systems & Outcomes Lead Location: Remote Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)  POSITION SUMMARY Sprezzatura is currently hiring for a Delivery Systems & Outcomes Lead to support delivery visibility, outcome clarity, and operational effectiveness across multiple concurrent projects for Department of Veterans Affairs. This role is designed to operate across the portfolio and may be embedded where clarity, data, or delivery coordination is most needed.  The Delivery Systems & Outcomes Lead partners with leadership, project teams, and platform owners to improve decision-making through reliable data, dashboards, and delivery signals to reduce risk, improve predictability, and enable teams to execute effectively in complex, high-pressure environments.   RESPONSIBILITIES The Delivery Systems & Outcomes Lead is responsible for improving portfolio-wide delivery insight and outcome measurement by aligning delivery practices, platforms, and data into coherent, decision-ready systems. This role focuses on visibility and enablement rather than enforcement and is expected to adapt to evolving organizational needs.  Key responsibilities include:  * Establish portfolio-wide visibility into delivery performance, release quality, and operational risks across all projects.  * Design and maintain dashboards and reports that support leadership decision-making, especially during incidents or escalations  * Analyze delivery and release data across platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to identify trends, risks, and systemic issues  * Collaborate with leadership to define objectives and convert strategy into specific, measurable, outcome-oriented goals.  * Improve the quality and usability of OKRs, success metrics, and performance reporting  * Support Agile and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) by improving clarity, flow, and feedback loops  * Facilitate or support delivery ceremonies as needed, where teams or projects require additional structure  * Identify gaps where platform configuration, workflows, or data capture obscure reality and recommend practical improvements  * Build lightweight data structures, forms, dashboards, and automations to reduce manual effort and improve signal quality  * Enable improvement through data and visibility rather than strict process changes  * Contribute to shared delivery standards, playbooks, and patterns that scale across projects QUALIFICATIONS  * Bachelor's degree or in lieu of 8+ years of relevant experience * SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification  * Experience supporting multiple teams or projects in delivery, Agile, or operational roles  * Experience supporting federal agencies, particularly Department of Veterans Affairs  * Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to diagnose issues beyond individual teams or people  * Proven ability to design dashboards, metrics, and reporting that support leadership decision-making  * Hands-on experience with delivery and workflow platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools  * Experience translating ambiguous goals into clear objectives and measurable outcomes  * Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills  * Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments  * Ability to remain calm and effective during incidents or escalations  Preferred Skills and Experience  * Background as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Release Lead, or Delivery Lead across multiple teams  * Experience building or supporting OKRs, performance metrics, or portfolio dashboards  * Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, or data visualization tools  * Experience supporting government or regulated environments  * Exposure to DevOps, release management, or production support workflows  WORKING CONDITIONS  Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday.   Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
