Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and 2 years of experience in long term care management. Essential Job Functions: • Direct, evaluate, and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. • Assess resident care needs and assist in the development of individualized service plans of resident care. • Evaluate resident care as related to individualized resident needs, family involvement, and the physicians orders for the resident. • Participate in resident care conferences as needed. • Coordinate with Assisted Living Manager for admissions and transfers.
