Full Description

Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: www.spreetail.com. Work Your Way: At Spreetail, we believe in empowering our employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting. It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. Please scroll to the bottom of the job posting to confirm that your state qualifies for the Work Your Way program. We are looking for a high-impact Senior Program Manager to serve as the architect behind our most critical employee experiences. If you thrive on bringing order to ambiguity and have a proven track record of scaling global people programs—from onboarding to manager enablement—this is your opportunity to build the systems that define our culture as we grow. \n How you will achieve success: World-Class Onboarding: You have built a scalable, 90-day "immersion" experience that accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires while ensuring a consistent, high-affinity culture for both in-office and remote team members. People Program Architecture: You deliver end-to-end programs with clarity and consistency, ensuring that learning and development and manager enablement are repeatable processes rather than one-off events. Communication & Adoption: Your strategic messaging drives clarity and alignment across the org, turning "company updates" into successful change management initiatives that employees actually embrace. Measurable Impact: You can point to specific data—such as improved engagement scores, higher retention, or program participation rates—to prove the ROI of your initiatives. Stakeholder Trust: You are viewed as a reliable "internal consultant" who can take a vague idea from leadership and translate it into a structured, executable plan that gains cross-functional buy-in. What experiences will help you in this role: 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, ideally within People, HR, or Employee Experience functions. Proven track record of designing and scaling initiatives, such as onboarding and learning programs, for growing, distributed, or global workforces. Advanced proficiency in project management fundamentals, including roadmapping, prioritization, and proactive risk management to bring structure to ambiguous work. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering on company-wide communications and change initiatives that support organizational scale. Experience using a data-informed approach to measure program effectiveness, identify emerging trends, and drive continuous improvement. \n $80,000 - $120,000 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $120,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. For more information, please visit: https://west.acrisure.com/spreetail/benefits/. This position will remain posted until filled. Applicants should apply via our external career site. \n In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence. We believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed in their role, so we encourage job applicants to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed. We are looking for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, so we don’t require college degrees and welcome non-linear career paths. If this role highlights your experience and gets you excited – please apply! What you can expect from us: • We provide the flexibility to take care of yourself. Spreetail operates in a work culture that promotes results and encourages taking time off when needed. In addition to a generous vacation policy, we also offer paid time-off for your wedding week, paid parental leave and support for parents of growing families. • We celebrate accomplishments. Each year at Spreetail is a milestone with the opportunity to receive special gifts, swag store credit, or donations to a nonprofit of your choice.
