Spreetail is looking for a Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager to serve as a strategic anchor for our fulfillment operations. In this role, you won't just oversee a building; you will own the pulse of our logistics network. You’ll be responsible for architecting a world-class culture, driving relentless process optimization, and leading a diverse team of managers to deliver on our promise to customers. If you thrive on the challenge of turning complex logistics into a seamless, high-velocity operation, this is your opportunity to build something lasting. \n How you will achieve success: Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are within tolerance of their intended outcomes, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, along with the ability to fully understand, drive, and ensure compliance with all Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures. Provides recommendations on future equipment and optimization of technology and develops and effectively leads multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers. Responsible for ensuring the optimization of freight flow throughout the entire facility and owning and driving continuous improvement projects to optimize FC processes. Ensure proper labor planning is completed at multiple facilities to manage domestic and international inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations. Demonstrate the ability to lead a positive and collaborative culture throughout the facility and thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected. What experiences will help you in this role: 3 to 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience Intermediate level computer proficiency. Proficient in Excel, plan forecasting and analysis. Process mapping and SOP documentation ability. Scorecard and dashboard performance management. Individual development plan(s) management and proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent. \n $92,000 - $130,000 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,000/year to $130,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
