Required Qualifications for Sales/Marketing Manager • 3+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in trucking or logistics preferred). • Strong understanding of sales tactics, marketing analytics, and digital marketing best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Comfortable analyzing data to drive actionable insights for growth. • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
