The Senior Revenue Operations Manager serves as a key member of the go to market team and will ensure accurate forecasting, seamless operations, and data-driven decision making as we scale the company. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an experienced revenue operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-centric environment and wants to drive meaningful business outcomes. We have a robust, cutting edge tech stack and recently spent several months with a top agency eliminating all major tech debt preparing for this hire to be more strategic, proactive and revenue driving. Key Responsibilities GTM Operations & Strategy Own end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while delivering accurate revenue forecasts and executive dashboards. Optimize pipeline conversion, identify growth bottlenecks, and architectural strategy and enhancements for our tech stack. Data & Analytics Build automated reporting infrastructure for the leadership team and conduct advanced revenue analysis including cohort analysis, churn modeling, and forecasting. Ensure data accuracy, maintain a single source of truth for all revenue metrics, and transform data into actionable growth recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Technical Operations Provide expert-level administration of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other critical revenue systems while designing and maintaining complex integrations and automations. Manage contractor and agency relationships, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization. Strategic Leadership Partner directly with the executive leadership team and department heads on key revenue initiatives while supporting achievement of our revenue targets through improved operations. Assess current state and identify improvement 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role. Proven ability to manage multiple executive-level stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to deliver results. A rock-solid foundation in project management and a history of leading projects from conception to completion. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data analytics to identify and quantify revenue opportunities. Expertise in Salesforce.com, with a deep understanding of system administration, data modeling, and process automation. Experience with our core tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) is strongly preferred. While not required, experience in sales or marketing is a significant plus. Experience in Analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for executive dashboards and integration platforms (Zapier, Webhooks, Workato) Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work in our office in Addison on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
