College Baseball Recruiting Advisor (Sales & Scouting) Location: Remote / Work from Home Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor) Compensation: 100% Performance Based Commission (Uncapped). ‘Full-Time’ OTE:: $60k - $120k+ The Pitch: We are looking for an Executive Account Manager/ Recruiting Sales Professional. There are plenty of coaches who can evaluate a swing. We are hiring for the individual who can evaluate student-athletes AND manage a CRM, lead a consultative presentation, and guide families through a high-stakes financial decision process. This is a complex and comprehensive role involving marketing, partnerships, direct sales, and client success. The Role: You will manage your own territory and book of business. You aren't just a scout; you are an advisor and an entrepreneur. The Sales: Professionally guide families through a comprehensive qualifying, evaluations, interview, and program review process. Conduct detailed video consultations to present our services to families. You must be comfortable asking for the business and handling objections with integrity. The Scouting: Evaluate transcripts, video, and mechanics to ensure we only sign qualified talent. The Tech: Utilize our CRM to manage leads, follow up with pipelines, and track your metrics. The Success: Once signed, you guide the player and family through the recruiting process, advocating on their behalf, and leading them through a successful recruiting process of packaging, promotion, and placement. Who You Are: A "Hunter": You don't wait for the phone to ring. You are comfortable making outbound calls, following up on leads, and driving revenue. Tech-Savvy: You can navigate a CRM, host a professional Zoom meeting, and use Slack/Google Suite without hand-holding. Credible: You played or coached at the college/pro level, but you treat this role like a business executive, not a dugout hobby. This role is NOT for you if: You are looking for a passive salary. You aren’t committed to process, failing forward, checking ego, or willing to self-reflect and work on professional and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Consultative Sales: converting qualified prospects into paid clients via video demonstrations. Pipeline Management: Rigorous follow-up via phone, text, and email. Advising: delivering on the promises you make by getting your players signed. The Bottom Line: This is a 100% commission sales role with a product & service that changes kids' futures. If you have the professional executive and sales skills and the baseball IQ to advise, you can earn $100k+ making a positive impact. Requirements: 2+ years of Professional Sales or Business Development experience (Required). College Baseball playing or coaching experience (Required).
