Position Overview: The Offsite Project Coordinator will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of multiple construction projects remotely. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and contracts, and excellent communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project coordination. Review and track contracts, permits, and change orders for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and documentation with the on-site teams and project managers. Communicate daily with field supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and meeting summaries. Assist with material orders, submittals, and document control through Buildertrend and internal systems. Support permit applications, engineering submittals, and customer communication as needed. Track and follow up on project milestones, invoices, and completion deliverables. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction coordination or project management (sports construction a plus). Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts accurately. Strong knowledge of construction terminology, scheduling, and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Buildertrend, or similar project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects remotely. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, remote position. Competitive salary based on experience.
