Company Description SplitStay is a travel-tech platform exploring how solo attendees can safely connect and share accommodation around events such as marathons, festivals, and conferences. This is not a traditional marketing role. The focus is to design and run lightweight acquisition and matching experiments to validate whether event attendees are willing to coordinate and share accommodation. You will work closely with the founder and technical team to: • design event-specific landing flows • test acquisition channels such as Instagram and community outreach • drive profile opt-ins • measure match acceptance and coordination willingness This is a 6–8 week pilot engagement with potential long-term leadership trajectory. Qualifications • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments • Strong bias toward experimentation over planning • Ability to translate messy tests into structured learnings • Interest in travel, community or marketplace dynamics • Experience in growth, product marketing or early-stage GTM is a plus
