We partner with major insurance providers and also offer opportunities to see private-pay clients. Our 1099 model gives you flexibility, a steady caseload, and a voice in how you work. Who We're Looking For We're hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who are passionate about providing client-centered care. Comfort with telehealth platforms is essential. Experience with remote therapy is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure EHR platform • Complete progress notes and treatment plans • Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients • Deliver personalized, client-centered care based on individual needs Qualifications • Active, independent license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) • Licensed to provide telehealth services to clients located in California What We Offer • Flexible scheduling: Set your own availability.
