Director of Sales – Healthcare Spire Integrated Solutions Remote (U.S.); National Travel Required; Full-Time Role Reports to: Managing Director Spire Integrated Solutions is a growing medical equipment and service organization serving Healthcare and Life Science markets. We are building a disciplined, execution-driven commercial organization focused on profitable growth, predictable pipeline performance, and exceptional customer experience. Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales – Healthcare to lead our national healthcare sales team and drive revenue growth across equipment and service platforms. This role owns revenue performance, pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and sales team development. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and coaching. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute national healthcare sales strategy · Drive revenue attainment and margin performance · Maintain pipeline coverage of 3x+ quota · Deliver forecast accuracy within ±10% · Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers, PM, and Inside Sales · Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Service, and Operations · Strengthen strategic healthcare customer and partner relationships Qualifications · 8+ years of sales leadership experience in medical equipment, capital equipment, or healthcare technology · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets · Experience managing regional or national sales teams · Strong forecasting, CRM, and pipeline management discipline · Financial acumen with a margin-focused mindset Compensation & Benefits · Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus · Earning potential aligned to revenue performance · Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance · 401(k) with Company Match · Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays · Life Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Experience: • sales: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
