Job Duties Spiraledge, Inc. is looking for a full-time Vice President, Marketing & Growth. This role is responsible for marketing strategy and growth initiatives across multiple business units, including eCommerce, SaaS, subscription, and mobile applications. Duties include: manage marketing an 8-digit budget to maximize revenue, margin, and profitability; set and oversee quarterly and annual performance goals; lead acquisition and retention channels, including search, social, programmatic, affiliate, influencer, SEO, CRM, SMS, and lifecycle automation; direct marketing strategy for Amazon platform, including product catalog and advertising; oversee customer journey design, creative operations, and performance testing; evaluate and implement AI and automation tools for media, creative, and forecasting; manage loyalty and membership programs; oversee data activation strategies, analytics platforms, and attribution models; lead go-to-market strategy for agriculture SaaS platform and subscription applications; build, lead, and evaluate distributed marketing teams; manage vendor relationships and external agencies. Requirements At least 60 months of senior marketing leadership and management experience in e-commerce, including experience in a senior marketing leadership role managing an eCommerce business, a SaaS or subscription business, and mobile application with monetization strategy; experience managing large marketing budgets with P&L responsibility; experience with e-commerce marketplace operations and related digital advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, PPC, DSP); experience in multi-channel acquisition and retention marketing, including search, social, email/SMS, and loyalty programs; experience leading geographically distributed cross-functional teams; experience with marketing analytics tools, advertising platforms, lifecycle management systems, and project/creative management software. This is a remote position; the candidate can work anywhere in the United States (up to 25% domestic travel).
