We are seeking a proactive, performance-driven executive to serve as our Vice President of Growth. This leader will shape the agency’s next chapter by driving new client acquisition, evolving our go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing growth engine. This role requires a blend of commercial rigor, strategic thinking, modern marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of how to integrate AI and automation to scale impact. This leader will own both new business acquisition and client expansion across website development and marketing services, while also driving sales operations excellence. They will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to align sales efforts with our robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, ensuring a unified and scalable go-to-market (GTM) approach. As a key member of the leadership team, the Vice President of Growth will be responsible for revenue generation, brand positioning, and strategic partnership development. They will work cross-functionally to develop new offerings, elevate our value proposition, and translate market opportunity into measurable growth. Requirements: Responsibilities & Success Criteria Strategic Leadership: • Lead the design and execution of Spinutech’s go-to-market strategy to position the agency for category leadership in the era of AI. • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to redefine and communicate Spinutech’s unique value proposition, modern offerings and market differentiation. • In partnership with other agency leaders, translate strategic direction into actionable plans and measurable revenue outcomes aligned to company growth goals. • Develop and maintain a forward-looking growth roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term agency goals. • Monitor competitor positioning and market shifts to inform go-to-market strategies and thought leadership efforts. Sales Leadership & Business Development • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth targets. Identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential opportunities. • Architect and continuously refine a scalable, repeatable growth engine - inclusive of pipeline generation, qualification, conversion and expansion strategies. • Build and manage a performance-focused pipeline aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Oversee outbound efforts, lead generation, and inbound response strategies to ensure consistent pipeline health and conversion velocity. Identify and prioritize high-value verticals, prospects, and partnership opportunities that align with Spinutech’s evolving service model. • Oversee agency marketing and work hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing to scale and execute our ABM strategy. Guiding the development of content, campaigns, and events that position Spinutech as a modern, AI-driven growth partner. ensuring content quality and strategic fit with our desired ideal client profiles. This includes elevating brand visibility through PR, thought leadership, and demand generation. Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns, account targeting, and sales outreach. Revenue Targets, Quota Management & Sales Performance • Serve as the executive owner of Spinutech’s new-logo revenue quota, responsible for developing and delivering against aggressive but achievable growth targets. • Build and lead a high-performing sales team with clearly defined individual quotas, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks. • Implement structured forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting processes to ensure predictable and scalable revenue growth. • Optimize team performance through consistent coaching, performance management, and refinement of sales motions to drive quota attainment across all roles. Leadership, Operations & Enablement • Establish sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success. • Oversee pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting, maintain timely reporting and data integrity. • Continuous optimization of HubSpot CRM, automation, and sales tech stack. • Build, mentor, and lead the sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, partnership and excellence • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accelerate deal cycles and ensure message-market fit. • Evolve measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI, pipeline velocity, and conversion performance. Evolve and optimize dashboards for visibility into pipeline health, forecasting and performance metrics. Pitch Strategy & Cross-Functional Orchestration • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that communicate the full breadth of the agency’s capabilities. Drive strategic pursuits, proposal development, and pitch performance with cross functional collaboration. • Orchestrate cross-functional pitches that bring together media, creative, digital, and strategy leaders to win high-value, multi-service engagements. • Ensure proposals reflect modern marketing solutions, enhancing speed to value through differentiated solutions. Support internal teams with assets and frameworks that improve pitch readiness and storytelling at scale Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with tech platforms, consultants, and channel partners that extend the agency’s reach. • Identify opportunities to co-market or co-sell with partners to access new markets and client verticals • Help define new service offerings or bundled solutions in partnership with internal practice leads and external collaborators. AI Integration & Innovation Leadership • Integrate AI and automation into agency growth strategies, sales workflows, and solution development. • Integrate AI-powered tools and data intelligence into sales, marketing and prospecting workflows to drive efficiency and precision. • Champion the use of AI tools to improve productivity, enhance insight generation, and increase speed-to-value in pitch development. • Partner with internal teams to package and promote AI-powered capabilities as part of proposals and go-to-market offerings. • Educate internal teams and clients on how AI can differentiate our agency and create competitive advantage. Client Expansion & Organic Growth • Partner with client engagement teams to help identify upsell, cross-sell, and white-space opportunities within existing accounts, based on knowledge of what the market is seeking and how our solutions are poised to lead. Offer support, as determined based on need and opportunity. • Contribute to account planning, QBRs, and long-term client expansion strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth. • Help support the development of repeatable frameworks that scale client expansion efforts across teams and verticals. Growth Operations & Revenue Oversight • Own revenue and conversion KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win rates, and forecast accuracy. • Build and manage CRM discipline, reporting, and operational processes that support scalable growth. • Lead pricing strategy and scope development in partnership with agency leadership and service leads. • Ensure transparency and consistency in how growth performance is tracked, reported, and optimized. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or growth strategy within a digital or integrated agency setting. • Proven track record securing multi-million dollar deals and orchestrating complex, multi-service proposals. • Deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines, full-funnel strategy, and client buying behavior. • Demonstrated success applying AI and automation tools to marketing operations, client solutions, or sales enablement. • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, pitch leadership, and value articulation skills. • Collaborative executive with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and guide strategic decision-making. • Adaptable, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to innovation-led growth.
