Tier 3 Pick, Pack & Loader (PPL) Delivery Atlanta, GA - Remote Contract Overview The Tier 3 Manager has end-to-end ownership of Pick, Pack, and Loading (PPL) operations across assigned metro locations. This senior operations role is responsible for driving safety, service-level performance, cost efficiency, and team effectiveness, while serving as the primary operational liaison with the Customer. Required: • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery • Proven ownership of KPIs/SLAs in high-volume environments • Strong Excel and data-driven reporting skills • Experience leading frontline and supervisory teams • Working knowledge of safety compliance and SOP governance
