We're looking for a reliable, Bilingual Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in Orange, CA. This is a 3-6 month assignment with a strong potential for a full-time position. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, excels at customer service, and is eager to grow within their career. Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage clerical tasks, including making copies, scanning documents, and accurately filing records. Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and document preparation. Assist team members and agents with various projects and day-to-day office tasks. Maintain a clean and professional office environment Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Skills: Previous experience in an office or administrative role. Experience with a multi-line phone system. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
