Minimum 3 years of international recruitment experience in engineering and utility sectors, strong sourcing skills with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent English communication, and ability to work independently.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire) who can work independently, and deliver top talent across engineering, energy, utility sector within North and South America. The Role As Senior Recruiter, you will take ownership of end-to-end international recruitment, delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise, you'll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-quality candidates. What You’ll Do • You'll be managing full-cycle recruitment assignments. • Source and attract talent across engineering and utility sector (energy, civil, mechanical, electrical etc). • Use a blend of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, social platforms, global job boards) to target hard-to-find talent • Communication with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver assignments. • Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas • You will be expected to adhere to Sperton's established routines, processes and systems. Who You Are • Minimum 3 years of hands-on international recruitment in North and South America • Proven track record of delivering successful results across multiple engineering sectors, including utility sector, broader energy and mechanical industries. • Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments. • Excellent communication, and must have stakeholder interaction skills. • Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, sourcing tools, and internal systems. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
