Sperton Global AS , a global Recruitment and Consulting firm is partnering with a fast‑growing U.S. DTC fashion & apparel brand to hire a Brand Acquisition & Growth Specialist. This role is all about spotting opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding the brand’s presence across lifestyle, home, textiles, and adjacent categories — with a special focus on leveraging TikTok Shop as a growth channel. What You’ll Do : Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in fashion, textiles, home, lifestyle, and adjacent categories Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through networking, market research, and industry connections Assess financial and strategic potential of target brands Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to manage due diligence and close transactions Lead negotiations and structure ROI‑driven deals with brand owners, investors, and intermediaries Build and sustain strong relationships with founders, brand managers, brokers, and investors Represent the brand at forums, exhibitions, and acquisition events Track consumer trends, competitor moves, and emerging categories to fuel growth Present acquisition strategies and business cases to senior management What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 6–10 years of experience in brand acquisition, M&A, corporate development, or retail expansion Strong negotiation and analytical skills Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities Familiarity with TikTok Shop strategy and digital commerce growth
