We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package That Includes • Flexible work environment • Career advancement • Competitive base salary • Bonus opportunity • Vacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday pay • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance • 401k with a company match • 30% merchandise discount Responsibilities • Monitor all aspects of inventory transactions (for example, investigate inventory discrepancies • Communicate effectively to internal customers • Uphold safety, quality and productivity standards • Perform actual physical cycle counts throughout the warehouse as assigned • Perform root cause analysis where discrepancies are detected • Perform various tasks involving physical inventory adjustments • Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations using WMS • Participate in Inventory Projects such as; inventory moves, location changes • Assist in all aspects of order release • Able to work all shifts all days. • Able to work in multiple work areas and departments as needed • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice Qualifications • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Able to read, write, understand and effectively communicate pertinent information and standard operating procedures • Detail-oriented • High Math aptitude • Works well independently, disciplined and highly self-motivated While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds sometimes lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Also is exposed to dust, heat and cold, noise levels vary from moderate to loud.
