Role Description: We are seeking a Last Mile Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the final stage of our delivery process. Your key duties will include building efficient routes, utilizing Excel to create comprehensive spreadsheets, and ensuring smooth communication with the Logistics AGS team regarding AWB delivery and flight status. You will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration across various departments, conducting follow-ups with cross-functional teams, and keeping the supervisor updated on all relevant data. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our last mile operations through data-driven insights and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize delivery routes for efficient last mile operations. - Utilize Excel to create detailed spreadsheets for tracking and analysis purposes. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the Logistics AGS team to ensure timely delivery and flight coordination. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges and ensure smooth last mile delivery. - Provide regular updates to the supervisor on all aspects of last mile operations, including data analysis and performance metrics. - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure the timely resolution of any operational issues. - Actively participate in data analysis to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement within last mile operations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relevant last mile operation data for reporting and analysis purposes. - Proactively identify and suggest process improvements based on data-driven insights. - Work closely with the team to implement any recommended changes and enhancements for better last mile performance.
