Our organization is service-oriented and committed to providing access, convenience, and excellence in pediatric therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences! We are a dynamic team of therapists (ABA, ST, OT, PT, Psych) working to improve communication, social skills, mental health, and daily life skills for the children and families we serve. We look forward to sharing our mission with like-minded, compassionate people.   Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting and/or tele-therapy. * Review, collaborate, and carryout therapy plans as indicated on the treatment plan developed by the CCC-SLP * Provide home exercise programs and direct therapy for a pediatric population (0-18) * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings  WHAT TO EXPECT AT SPEECH TACTICS * Interdisciplinary collaboration  * Mentorship/Leadership development * Team Engagement/Team-Building  * CEUs  * PT/FT/PRN Opportunities * Paid Maternity leave * Paid time off (if eligible) * Excellent Compensation * Commission Bonus Pay  * Medical Benefits (if eligible) * 401K (if eligible) NOTE:  Some benefits are based on full-time employment status. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP- Assistant 1. SLP-Assistant NC license 2. Excellent Communication skills 3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS  4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS. 5.
