SUMMARY Seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse shipping operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong warehouse system knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, and staff oversight. The position offers consistent weekday hours with occasional weekend needs, providing an opportunity to work in a stable, growth-focused environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. • Assign, monitor, and support warehouse team members to maintain operational efficiency. • Verify orders, track shipments, and address discrepancies promptly. • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation. • Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the facility. • Issue necessary equipment to employees and ensure proper use. • Implement and uphold warehouse policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience. • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience. • Strong knowledge of WMS and RFID scanning systems. • Excellent organizational and delegation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Effective communication and leadership abilities. • Problem-solving skills with a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments. • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs unassisted. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
