Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support the assembly, finishing, and packaging of custom dental products. This role will assist in building and scaling the production line by following established SOPs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring consistent output in collaboration with the R&D and manufacturing teams. What You'll Be Responsible For: • Assemble, finish, and inspect custom dental products according to established SOPs and quality standards. • Operate and maintain production equipment and tools used for part assembly, curing, polishing, and packaging. • Follow daily production schedules to ensure on-time completion and delivery of cases. • Collaborate with R&D and Process Engineering teams to implement workflow improvements and new product processes. • Document production data, material usage, and quality checks to support traceability and process optimization. • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols. • Assist in training new team members and supporting cross-functional coordination between manufacturing and R&D. Who We’re Looking For: • No prior experience required; training will be provided. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Comfortable using basic hand tools and small production equipment. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to quality and consistency. • Previous experience in manufacturing, dental, or lab production environments, preferred. • Familiarity with 3D printing, polishing, or small-part assembly, preferred. • Basic understanding of quality control or inspection practices, preferred. • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily production goals. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. • Works well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. • Maintains a clean and organized workspace. • Positive attitude and takes pride in producing high-quality work. The anticipated salary range for this role is $18-$20. Final compensation will be individually assessed and may differ based on a variety of factors such as your experience, qualifications, education, skill set, certifications, and other relevant considerations.
