We are seeking a high-impact Business Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will have the authority to negotiate agreements and oversee the operational support for two secure residential facilities. What You Will Do: • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day campus activities and implement best-practice policies to enhance safety and efficiency. • Strategic Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing vendors to negotiating favorable contracts for food services, maintenance, and security. • Financial Stewardship: Take charge of vendor billing, expense approvals, and budget forecasting to ensure every dollar supports our mission. • Campus Oversight: Ensure our facilities are safe and functional by managing maintenance schedules, security system operations, and our vehicle fleet.
