Senior Customer Service Representative Location: 1160 N. Plaza Drive, Schaumburg, IL 60173 (100% on Site ) Duration: 6 Months Shift: Mondays - Fridays - 8:30 am - 5pm nbsp; Description: • Client/Customer Service role. • While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role. • Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
