Job Title: Project/Program Manager II Location: nbsp;Nashville,Tennessee,37203 and Remote Duration: 2nbsp;months Job Description: Role And Responsibilities: Project Planning amp; Execution bull; Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure bull; Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams bull; Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards bull; Maintain and track project progress using Asana bull; Oversee daily installation of all project actions Stakeholder Management bull; Lead weekly connects with the Global Ergonomics team bull; Host kick-off calls and check-ins with site and project stakeholders bull; Manage communication across multiple channels (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Chime, email) bull; Coordinate with site operations teams for workspace preparation and scheduling Safety amp; Compliance: bull; Maintain compliance of all site and OSHA standards, including but not limited to PPE and safety procedures bull; Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance Quality Control: bull; Oversee lsquo;Golden Stationrsquo; and or protype installation and approval process bull; Ensure proper decommissioning of old equipment bull; Manage equipment inventory and installation quality bull; Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment management Qualifications And Education Requirements: bull; 5+ years in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment bull; 3+ years in project management, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments bull; 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience bull; 3+ years of driving process improvements in a supervisory role managing people bull; OSHA 10 certification bull; Strong stakeholder management skills bull; Expert user of Asana, and Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint bull; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: bull; Ability to travel to various warehouse environments bull; Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays bull; Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach bull; Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required bull; Ability to wear required PPE (composite/steel toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat) Note: This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with mandatory onsite presence during critical project phases (project initiation and conclusion). Travel to multiple sites during this assignment is required, and the chosen candidate is required to office from a North American Client location when travel is not required.
