Position: Platform Implementation Manager Duration: 4-Month Assignment Location: Remote (Preferred: New York City, San Francisco | Open To: Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago) Starting pay for this role is $41 per hour on W2 About the Team The Commerce Platform is our client’s first SaaS business unit, offering online ordering, branded apps, loyalty programs, and more to help merchants connect with customers through their own channels. The Platform Implementation Manager (PIM) Team ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants and supports their success from day one. About the Role The Platform Implementation Manager will act as the merchant’s main point of contact—driving onboarding, managing setup, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities: • Lead onboarding & implementation (online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, gift cards). • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage kickoff calls. • Provide training, technical troubleshooting, and early adoption support. • Collect feedback and share insights to improve products and workflows. About You • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
