Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in retail or grocery store environments. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base. Customer Service Repreentive Salary $25.00 Graveyard - Night Shift 9:00 pm to 3:00 am Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in person or over the phone • Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties • Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales • Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising • Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries • Support sales goals through effective communication of product features and benefits • Assist in supervising store activities as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations • Perform basic retail math for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts • Help customers find products efficiently and offer personalized shopping assistance Skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures • Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs (preferred) • Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities • Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally • Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management • Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a retail setting.
