Commercial Lines Manager Location: Rochester, MI Lead People. Drive Change. Build Something Better. We're looking for an experienced leader to step into a highly visible management role and help shape the future of our Commercial Lines operation. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, creating accountability, and building high-performing teams. While insurance experience is certainly valuable, we're equally interested in strong leaders from client service, financial services, banking, mortgage, professional services, or other relationship-driven industries. What You'll Do As the Commercial Lines Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 13-15 employees responsible for servicing commercial insurance clients and supporting producer relationships.
