Electrical Project Manager Location: Livonia, MI Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 (DOE) Position Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of assigned construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and technical knowledge to coordinate teams, vendors, and subcontractors while driving projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including client relations, scope, schedule, budget, and job efficiency. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and positive relationships. • Build and maintain long-term partnerships to support repeat business and future opportunities. • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts thoroughly. • Prioritize jobsite safety and promote quality workmanship. • Participate in contract reviews for assigned projects. • Identify and document scope changes to support the change management process. • Prepare and submit requisitions, submittals, change requests, and closeout documentation in a timely manner. • Collaborate with purchasing to negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements. • Attend all job-related meetings and represent the company professionally. • Maintain accurate project updates in the internal ERP system and ensure financial reporting is correct. • Keep deadlines, deliverables, and communication aligned across all stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a Journeyman Card. • 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred. • Prior experience in construction or electrical projects. Work Environment: • This is in office or hybrid position.
