We are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations at our various residential properties. In this position, you will work with vendors and contractors to ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, and collect monthly rents. We also require our Assistant Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of property management experience. Duties and Responsibilities · Collect rent, utility, and other payments · Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance · Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.) · Maintain and update property records · Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties · Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants · Managing services for grounds, and ensuring property is well maintained.
