Overview Dental Treatment Coordinator The Endodontic Specialists We are a high volume, fast paced endodontic practice that is seeking a personable and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our patients by reviewing recommended treatments, discussing financial options, and ensuring a clear and positive patient experience from consultation through completion of care. Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7am-4pm Responsibilities Present proposed treatment plans to patients and explain procedures, timelines, and financial obligations Coordinate scheduling of treatment appointments based on provider availability and patient needs Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and ensure accurate insurance benefit breakdowns Review payment options, process financial arrangements, and collect payments as needed Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and ensure timely case acceptance Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and communication Serve as a liaison between the provider and patient to facilitate understanding and trust Educate patients on the importance and value of proposed treatments Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations Assist with front desk duties as needed Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a dental administrative role Preferred Skills Familiarity with dental treatment planning and insurance coordination Excellent communication and presentation skills Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with dental practice management software Ability to explain complex information in a clear and supportive way Understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance plans Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
