Overview This is a remote role and in order to be considered you must reside in either the Pacific or Mountain time zone. Job Description : Directs and oversees an organization's day-to-day operations for 40+ locations. Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Evaluates and optimizes current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to minimize risk. Ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities : • Lead and mentor practice managers to promote teamwork and high-quality patient service. • Cultivate a patient-centric environment, focusing on smooth operations and efficient patient flow. • Conduct P&L analysis and manage budgeting. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability. • Provide training and development opportunities for practice leaders. • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and profitable operations. • Adhere to the companys policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
