Position Summary The Director, Partner Success collaborates with customers and leads Implementation Project Teams on planning, scheduling, and execution of all deliverables within the scope of the project or program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract • Creation and use of project plans for assigned projects, which include clear landmarks and assignment of project task responsibilities • Successfully lead the scope of the project, including customer priorities • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for resolution • Appropriately handle / advance project issues or risks • Leading customer expectations of product and services • Providing leadership and direction for customers and Partner Success team • Demonstrate effective presentation skills, verbal and written, with customers, project teams, and leadership • Ensuring customer satisfaction • Demonstrated ability of leading project teams and act as an effective team leader for all matrixed staff • Sustain Client/Customer relationships • Manage, develop, and maintain a portfolio of Client accounts along with other team members • Accurately track and record customer communications in required platforms • Play a critical role in client retention by coordinating with all internal departments to ensure the utmost satisfaction with each client. • Required to communicate accurate and timely information at all times, including the C-Suite level executives both internally and at third parties, to effectively address client requests. • Communicate and help solve the issues of clients • Working to find solutions to any client issues • Creation and use of project plans for assigned projects, which include clear landmarks and assignment of project task responsibilities • Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 3 years of project management experience in healthcare, preferably in Telehealth, Telemedicine or virtual health • Strong communication٫ organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at various levels. • Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to: Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), database management, information security scanning, and email. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize duties to meet deadlines as well as set short or long-term goals and strategies to achieve goals. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Demonstrates understanding of industry-recognized project management methodologies • Possesses healthcare project management experience and demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and relevant clinical and IT operations • Responsible for maintaining project schedule and timeline • Aligned with forecasting and backlog management processes • Demonstrates effective communication and engagement with the customer • Able to effectively work across multiple departments (e.g. MSO, Business Development, Operations) • Demonstrates the professional and soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager • Project management or leadership experience required • Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
