SpatialGIS Services are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Coordinator, Data (SRMUM), to become part of our team. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and project managers to contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization. Your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our future projects. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct needs analysis, establish engagement specifications, and identify potential solutions to customers’ business challenges • Contribute to the decomposition of customer goals and objectives to develop plans to realize value • Collaborate with crossdisciplinary intradepartmental teams to maximize business outcomes • Write and maintain clear and wellstructured project requirements, status reports, and supporting documents • Communicates effectively, both orally and written to varied levels of the organization to include technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and make improvements • Develop and maintain reporting tools • Collaborate with product owners and Project manager on roadmap planning and prioritizationRequirements • Must be eligible, able to maintain or have a SECRET US Government clearance • Bachelor's Degree preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university. • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and thought leadership skills to help solve business process and/or technical problems • Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders • Excellent analysis, writing, communication, and research skills desiredPreferred Technical Skills/Certifications • Scrum Master certified through SCRUM Alliance or other Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, etc.) • Experience with government clients (USTC) • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) • Data experience to include Strategy, Policy, Governance, and Compliance
