We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value. This role requires strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation through sunset—with full accountability for P&L performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and refine product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Product Lifecycle Management: Ideation & Validation: Identify opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Development & Launch: Define requirements, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional execution for successful releases. Growth & Optimization: Monitor performance, iterate based on data, and drive adoption and engagement. Maturity & Sunset: Evaluate long-term viability, manage phase-out plans, and ensure smooth transitions. P&L Ownership: Manage product-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product features and enhancements. Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and product metrics to assess performance and inform future decisions. Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches and ensure alignment across all stakeholders for successful market entry. Proven experience in product management, ideally with P&L responsibility understanding of product and market lifecycle stages and how to manage them effectively Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of product management experience Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and profitability We offer competitive salary, incentive, and benefit programs. - Most Benefits Start Day One!
