Senior, Regional Operations Manager Role Overview The Senior Regional Operations Manager serves as a corporate-level leader who provides strategic and operational support across multiple regions. This role functions as a floating Regional Manager, stepping in to lead during new acquisitions, Regional Manager vacancies, or coverage needs such as leaves of absence. Beyond transitional support, this role is responsible for driving process improvements, managing P&L performance, and training leaders to ensure operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Act as interim Regional Manager during acquisitions, new market launches, and coverage gaps, ensuring seamless leadership continuity. • Lead studio integration efforts during acquisitions, including process alignment, staff training, and operational setup. • Provide support-level oversight of P&L management across regions during transition periods. • Partner with support team leadership to execute strategic initiatives and implement operational best practices. • Mentor and develop General Managers and Regional Managers, with a focus on leadership readiness and operational consistency. • . • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges across multiple regions, ensuring minimal disruption to business performance. • Monitor key business metrics (lead generation, sales conversion, retention) and provide support team reporting. • Ensure consistent execution of promotions, programs, and initiatives across supported regions. • Act as a liaison between support and field teams, ensuring communication flow and alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with service vendors and facilities partners to support regional operations when filling in. • Uphold company culture and operational standards across all supported markets. • Other duties as assigned by leadership. Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 50%. In certain situations, such as management coverage or new acquisitions, travel may increase to up to 75%. Qualifications • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality, with corporate oversight preferred. • Proven ability to manage P&L performance and lead operational improvements at scale. • Strong leadership presence with a track record of developing high-performing managers. • Skilled in acquisitions, integrations, and change management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and influence across all levels. • Highly adaptable, able to quickly step into new regions and drive results in dynamic environments. • Organized and analytical, with the ability to track and act on key performance metrics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational software platforms (experience with ClubReady preferred). • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness. • Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
