People Operations Manager, Multi-SiteLocation: North Seattle / Snohomish County, WA Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $95,000–$115,000 Your day-to-dayStart your morning leading a quick huddle with a capable HR team. Review open roles and align on priorities. Before lunch, you’re on-site at a nearby location—checking in with supervisors, meeting an employee to resolve a concern with empathy and consistency, and coaching a manager through a performance conversation. In the afternoon, you fine-tune policy updates for the handbook, review HRIS data for accuracy, and connect with leadership to ensure the employee experience is consistent across every site you support. What you'll lead• Guide and develop a high-performing HR team with clear direction, coaching, and support • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders across multiple local sites • Travel locally as needed to maintain a visible, approachable HR presence • Handle employee relations with fairness, confidentiality, and compassion • Oversee performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution • Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Washington employment laws • Maintain and evolve HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook • Manage benefits administration and HRIS accuracy and workflows • Pitch in on any HR-related tasks—no job too big or too small What you'll bring• 5+ years of progressive HR experience • 3–5 years managing and developing an HR team • Proven strength in employee relations and conflict resolution • Experience supporting employees across multiple locations • Hands-on generalist who is comfortable both leading and doing • HRIS experience required • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ImpactIn this role, you’ll set the tone for a people-first culture while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
