Sr. Headhunter Spartan Capital Group is expanding its network of Strategic Business Partners and is actively seeking experienced Sr. Headhunters who want autonomy, freedom, and a commission structure that rewards real production. Our sales team is creating nationwide demand. We need recruiters who want to own their desk, work active searches, and deliver results without the constraints of a traditional agency environment. This role is ideal for recruiters who want to build a long-term book of business, control their workflow, and operate like an owner—while leveraging a proven brand, infrastructure, backoffice support and collaborative team.
