Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment • Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance with attention to detail • Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed • Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures effectively • Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction • Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies to promote a safe working environment for yourself and clients • Keep accurate records of completed jobs, supplies used, and any special instructions from clients Experience • Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus • Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, or carpet cleaning enhances your versatility • Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and customer service skills • Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals ensures effective and safe cleaning practices • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your schedule efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering pristine results.
