Job Title: IT Program Manager – Revenue Management Systems Location: Remote (CST Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Flexible) Contract: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Industry: Medical Device --- Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Model N and Revenue Management systems to lead strategic, cross-functional technology initiatives within Baxter’s organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and program execution capabilities in an enterprise environment. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive, cross-functional program plans to achieve defined business objectives, scope, schedule, and quality targets. Lead large-scale, strategic IT initiatives across multiple business domains. Manage program baselines, budgets, risks, and communication across stakeholders. Partner with executive leadership, product management, and business teams to ensure technology alignment with corporate strategy. Oversee internal and external resources, including vendor management and RFI/RFP processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Drive continuous improvement in PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices. --- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or related field). 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated expertise in Model N Revenue Management implementations or projects. Strong experience in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. --- Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe. Experience with ERP, financial systems, infrastructure, or application development projects. Job Type: Contract Pay: $47.51 - $57.22 per hour Work Location: Remote
