Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting the financial integrity of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent guest relations abilities, and experience in hotel management or front desk operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic resort environment, providing exceptional guest services during nighttime hours. Duties • Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Prepare and review daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reports • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during overnight hours • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments as needed • Maintain front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and guest account management • Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring access points and conducting safety checks • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping related to hotel operations • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and professional communication standards at all times Skills • Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk roles within a resort or hotel setting • Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and guest services operations • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for financial accuracy and reporting • Good communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and efficiency • Familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus (PEP) This position requires a proactive individual committed to delivering outstanding service during overnight hours while supporting the overall success of our hospitality team.
