Title: Pigment / FP&A Technical Lead Loaction: Remote Duration: 6 Months • **This is a 100% remote position, but candidates can only be located in Eastern Time Zone or Central. Eastern is highly preferred*** Role Overview We are seeking a Pigment / FP&A Lead Technologist to own the technical strategy, architecture, and development of our enterprise planning and FP&A platforms. This role will serve as the hands-on technical lead, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, build, and scale modern planning solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Pigment-based FP&A solutions • Translate complex FP&A business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions • Design and build data models, calculations, workflows, and automations within Pigment • Responsible for the technical roadmap, scalability, and delivery to ensure Pigment aligns with related FP&A applications that intersect • Define technical standards for Pigment model architecture, calculation frameworks, performance tuning, and modular design • Responsible for automated workflows and triggers to streamline FP&A processes and increase operational efficiency, manage role based security models to ensure access controls and implement/adhere to CI/CD and release mgmt practices to ensure stable deployments Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution architecture • Strong hands-on experience with Pigment (highly desired); comparable FP&A platforms considered • Proven background in application architecture, system integrations, and data modeling • Deep understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario modeling) • Experience leading technical design decisions and mentoring developers or analysts • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and finance teams
