Role Overview: As an Entry Level Sales Representative working from home, you will play a vital role in connecting union and association members with valuable supplemental benefits. This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales skills while contributing to the financial well-being of our clients. What You'll Do: - You will engage with union and association members to explain and promote supplemental benefit plans. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. - You will manage your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - You will conduct needs assessments to tailor benefit solutions to individual client requirements. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and sales techniques. - You will document client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with union or association members. - Previous remote work experience. - Knowledge of supplemental benefits or insurance products. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
